Gambhīra Dhātuvinicchaya (Pali) | Kamphii Thaat Winicchai (Thai)
In this 8-week exploration of a critical Traditional Medicine text, we will examine the content of Kamphii Thaat Winicchai.
The three main topics included in this text are:
the characteristics of the elements in the body,
different kinds of distortions of the elements,
a basic knowledge of medicine used to treat diseases and various ailments related with the element imbalances.
This text emphasizes the different states of imbalance such as excited, depleted, irregular, broken and leaving the body. This text is vital in understanding the disease process, and with complete understanding can lead to effective analysis and diagnosis of irregularities in the elements of the body, making it an essential theoretical component to the practice of Thai Traditional Medicine.
These talks are recommended for those studying and practicing Thai Traditional medicine, with a foundation in Buddhadhamma. If you have any questions, please email us.
