Traditional Medicine Study Group
The purpose of this group is focused soley on studying those Thai Medical Texts which have been explained in classes with SDY.
We meet weekly to look at the root texts and review notes together. This group is suitable for people who have already received instruction on the texts and wish to spend time with like minded peers to review the language and material together. There will be no instruction or introduction to the information from a teacher
— this space is purely for review and to develop questions.
We meet online each week on Tuesdays & Fridays
from 7 am to 8 am Thailand time.
Purpose of the Study Group
The purpose of this study group is strictly limited to the direct review and investigation of the root texts alongside the relevant notes we have each taken. These calls are not a venue for acquiring basic instruction or accumulating theoretical knowledge, nor putting the texts into practice. As there is no teacher or instructor leading these sessions, this group is intended exclusively for those who have already received foundational guidance regarding the teachings.
Our sole objective is to maintain a dedicated space for study and to clarify specific points directly with SDY. We do not engage with the material to collect information, devise practical techniques, or prepare to teach others.
