Your mind, your words, your actions

  • Escuela Nuad Thai 2370 Rioja Olivos, Provincia de Buenos Aires, B1636 Argentina (map)

We are readily aware of the consequences of our actions through our bodies. Occasionally, we become aware of the consequences of our words through our speech, and rarely are we aware of the consequences of our mental actions through our minds.

In November 2025, SYD was invited to deliver a Dhamma talk at a prison, where he eloquently spoke about the importance of observing our actions and how they produce certain results. He explained that actions can be physical, verbal, and mental, and that all three carry significant weight in our lives.

The participants' insightful reflections and thought-provoking questions at the end of the talk left a lasting impression. Therefore, we are honored to invite him once again to speak on this topic at the Escuela Nuad Thai, hoping to benefit even more people.

In this public event, Somānanda Yogi will delve into this topic from a Buddhist perspective. He will also engage with participants, answering their questions and providing guidance on how to apply these teachings.

This talk is applicable to all backgrounds and experience levels.
No prior experience necessary – all are welcome!
