The non-stop change in our society, digital culture and our busy modern lives is reflected in the speed of our minds.

Increased anxiety, ADD/ADHD, distraction and panic pervade the multitasking hustle culture making inability to focus a pervasive issue from childhood through adulthood.

During this one-hour talk, we will hear from an experienced practitioner of meditation and yoga on how to pause, look at our minds clearly, and make the changes needed to begin cultivating focus.

This talk is applicable to all backgrounds and experience levels.
No prior experience necessary – all are welcome!
