Aging is something we all face, and with it comes change both expected and unexpected.

This one hour discussion will explore the profound wisdom and practical ways to navigate this lifelong transition with grace from the lens of Buddhadhama.

With teachings directly from the words of the Buddha, we will gain greater insight on how to approach aging mindfully, compassionately and with understanding of the reality of things. There will be time for questions and answers, after the talk.

This talk is applicable to all backgrounds and experience levels.
No prior experience necessary – all are welcome!
