The search for relief from suffering is a universal longing. This talk investigates the Buddhist concept of suffering (dukkha) and the role of Buddhadharma practices on the journey toward liberation.

We'll explore the rich teachings of the Buddha, which are the foundation of the path to inner peace and genuine freedom, preserved and practiced by ascetics from beginningless time. We will hear from a current ascetic practitioner, whose life is devoted to the teachings, practice and preservation of Buddhadharma.

This talk is applicable to all backgrounds and experience levels.
No prior experience necessary – all are welcome!
