All of the actions we take in a day contribute to our overall health and well being.

By shifting and taking-up traditional practices for daily health and longevity we steadily can progress towards our goals, prevent disease and live more in-tune with natural cycles.

In this one and a half hour event, a seasoned traditional medicine doctor will introduce practical knowledge to maintain one’s physical body, which has been held in traditional lineages for over 2500 years.

This talk is applicable to all backgrounds and experience levels.
No prior experience necessary – all are welcome!
